Request for Info packet

While our online PDFs carry much of the same information, our information packet includes other printed materials that are not available online yet still may be helpful. If you prefer to have an admissions information packet sent to you via the post, we would be happy to send it to you, regardless of where you live. Please feel free to use the form here to send us your information. The most important information is your mailing address, your anticipated date of arrival/enrollment, and your child’s date of birth. This form is automatically sent to the NIS development office, and you should receive an automated reply immediately after your submission. A real person will reply back hopefully within 24 hours of your submission as well!
